Powerlifting Competition Prep
Program Overview
This program is best suited for intermediate to advanced lifters. If your technique isn’t solid across the big lifts, it may be too demanding for you at this stage.
The structure includes 4 sessions per week:
- Session 1: Squat + Bench
- Session 2: Squat + Bench + Deadlift
- Session 3: Squat + Bench + Deadlift
- Session 4: Variable — a mix of lifts and accessories based on the week’s focus
This is a 9-week meso cycle designed for lifters preparing for a powerlifting competition, or for hobbyist powerlifters wanting to test their limits and see what they’re capable of.
