The program runs over 4 sessions per week, with a focus on high-frequency, high-intensity work:
- Session 1: Squat + Bench
- Session 2: Squat + Bench + Deadlift
- Session 3: Squat + Bench + Deadlift
- Session 4: Variable - a mix of lifts and accessories depending on the week’s focus
